Standaard P-touch lettertapes

Deze Brother lettertape is een standaard lettertape. Dit betekent dat de tape bedoeld is voor uw alledaagse gebruik. Denk aan het labelen van spullen in huis, op kantoor, in de winkel, het magazijn. De tape heeft een normale lijmlaag die goed te verwijderen is. De standaard tape is UV bestendig en moet op een vlakke of licht gebogen ondergrond geplakt worden.

P-touch standaard TZe tapes zijn leverbaar in breedtes van 3,5 - 36mm en in diverse combinaties van tekst kleur en tape kleur.

Brother heeft meer dan alleen maar lettertapes voor algemene toepassingen ontwikkeld. Controleer daarom ook even of er voor uw toepassing misschien een speciale tape is die beter geschikt is dan een standaard tape.

Speciale P-touch lettertapes

Brother heeft niet alleen lettertapes ontwikkeld voor algemene toepassingen. Er is ook een hele serie speciale tapes.

Thermal Transfer opdruk

De P-touch lettertapes worden bedrukt volgens de methode van Thermal Transfer. In de cassette zitten 2 rollen die langs elkaar geleid worden. De ene rol bevat de lettertape, de andere rol de opdruk tape. De printkop wordt verhit op de posities waar een afdruk gemaakt moet worden tijdens het transport van de lettertape en door die hitte wordt op die plaats van de opdruk tape de kleur overgebracht op de lettertape. De opdruk wordt dus door hitte op de lettertape overgebracht en smelt er op vast. De lettertape is zelf niet warmte gevoelig en zal dus niet snel verkleuren en de opdruk zit heel vast op de tape.
