Print labels without a computer
The QL-820NWBc has all the features of a traditional label printer. Design labels on your desktop or laptop and then print them. In addition, frequently used labels can be stored on the label printer so you can select them from the LCD screen without a PC and print them immediately. You can also print the current date and time or have the label printer calculate a date in the future. This makes this printer great for printing food packaging labels and ?tested on/next test on? labels.

Wide range of connectivity options

The P-touch Editor add-in for Microsoft Office (Windows only) allows you to link and print data from Word, Excel and Outlook with a single click. It is also possible to import data from an Excel or .csv file into P-touch Editor. Format and position each field to print multiple labels with the same format and design. Ideal for printing address, product and price labels.

User-friendly built-in LCD screen
Choose any of the labels stored in the printer's memory via the graphical LCD screen, allowing you to print directly without the need for a computer.
Setting up and configuring the label printer is also much easier thanks to notifications on the LCD screen.

Print labels in a variety of sizes and in black and red
There is a wide range of label rolls available, both standard pre-cut labels or continuous label rolls that can be cut to size up to 1 meter in length. The DK-22251 roll allows you to print red on your labels in addition to black, drawing extra attention to important information. Ideal for highlighting expiration dates, allergens and other important information.

Optional Lithium-ion rechargeable battery
There are situations when you need to print labels without electricity present. Such as on a wheeled trolley or in healthcare or similar industries. The optional Lithium-ion rechargeable battery has a quick-charge feature and can print as many as a thousand labels on one full charge.
