This QL-800 label printer can connect directly to your PC or Mac via the USB cable. The built-in P-touch Editor Lite software is very user-friendly. No need to install any software, just click the icon on your desktop to launch the program that allows you to design and print labels.

With the special DK label roll (DK-22251), you can print thermal labels in black and red, without ink. You can also print custom labels up to 1 meter long at the desired size. With all these options, you can rest assured that this is the ideal label printer for offices, workgroups, mail rooms and receptions.

Printing from Microsoft Word/Excel/Outlook
The P-touch Editor add-in for Microsoft Office (Windows only) allows you to link and print data from Word, Excel and Outlook with a single click. It is also possible to import data from an Excel or .csv file into P-touch Editor. Format and position each field to print multiple labels with the same format and design. Ideal for printing address, product and price labels.

Print labels at various sizes and in black and red
There is a wide range of label rolls available, both standard pre-cut labels or continuous label rolls that can be cut to size up to 1 meter in length. The DK-22251 roll allows you to print red on your labels in addition to black, allowing you to draw extra attention to important information. Ideal for highlighting best-before dates, allergens and other important information.
